Subject: Adoption of TB Patients and Nutritional Support under Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan

Dear All:

Greetings!

It is to inform you that YSB Foundation (Public Charitable Trust, Dehradun, Uttarakhand) has taken an initiative to be part of the community support for the TB patient-centric health system under community engagement (Nutritional Support) of the ‘Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’.

We request everyone to generously adopt TB patients and make the country tuberculosis free.

YSB Foundation will help you to register your name in ‘Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan’ website to provide support to Persons with TB undergoing treatment. YSB Foundation Team Members will provide the monthly food basket to TB Patients (adopted) as per the recommendations of the Government in association with the District TB Officer, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Kindly provide the following details to ysbfoundationindia@gmail.com if you are interested to adopt TB Patients:

  1. Name of the Donor / Contributor
  2. No. of TB Patients would like to adopt
  3. Mobile No.
  4. Email ID
  5. Nutritional Support Duration: 6 Months / One Year / Two Years / Three Years

YSB Foundation will do registration after the consent from the donor. The donor will receive the acknowledgement email for donor registration from Central TB Team and Certificate from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

INR 700/- required per month to provide food materials to one TB Patient as per Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. YSB Foundation bank account details will be sent to the donors after their consent by email. YSB Foundation will provide the complete information of support provided to TB Patients by the donor list will be available in the YSB Foundation as well.
